No. Service is performed on board, at the vessel — dockside or at anchor — on the schedule we build together. You’re not paying for a subscription to a dashboard; you’re paying for OBX to keep the systems maintained.

Yes. Community members can move up to Initiate or Pro after an evaluation, and on-board members can step back down. Tell us and we’ll sort the paperwork.

We’ll reach out before anything is cut. Community keeps working while we sort billing, and on-board schedules aren’t interrupted by a missed card.

Community is month-to-month, cancel any time. Initiate and Pro run on a 12-month term with 60-day notice — the coverage only works if we can plan the season around your vessel.

No problem. List the systems, makes, and install years in your profile and the Community plan works from day one. We’ll also point you at a baseline inspection so the dashboard has real data to build from.
